Terms of use

A player, with no content of its own
FalconCast IPTV plays playlists that you add. It comes with no channels, movies or series, and we don't sell, supply or recommend any. To use it you need a legal subscription or playlist from a provider of your choice.
Your responsibility
You alone decide what you add and play, and you must have the right to watch it where you live. We don't host, check or control any stream, logo or guide data, and we are not responsible for it. Questions about a subscription belong with the provider that sold it.
Free and Pro
The free version plays everything your playlist offers, holds one playlist and shows ads. FalconCast Pro adds unlimited playlists, lets you create My lists and removes all ads. Lists you made keep working if Pro ends. The plans and prices on offer are shown in the app before you buy.
Auto-renewing subscriptions
Pro subscriptions are billed by Apple to your Apple ID. They renew automatically at the end of each period unless you turn renewal off at least 24 hours before it ends. Manage or cancel them in your Apple ID's subscription settings. Refunds follow Apple's rules and are requested from Apple. Use Restore purchases in Settings on a new device.
Fair use
Don't use the app to break the law or anyone's rights, to get around a provider's limits, or to attack, overload or reverse-engineer the app or the services it uses. Don't resell or redistribute it.
Apple's standard terms
The app is licensed to you, not sold, under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These terms add to it. If the two ever disagree, Apple's agreement wins.
No warranty
The app is provided as it is. We work to keep it reliable but can't promise it will be error-free or always available, or that a given stream, guide or provider will work with it. Flight check results describe one moment and are not a guarantee.
Limitation of liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for the content you play, or for what your provider does. Our total liability is limited to what you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights the law gives you that cannot be limited.
Changes
We may update these terms when the app changes. The date at the top shows the current version. Using the app after an update means you accept the new terms.
